Many of my senior customers want to feel more confident using their laptops, tablets, or smartphones, and I take pride in helping them gain that independence. I make sure my lessons are clear, simple, and free from technical jargon—because let’s be honest, no one wants to hear about “cache clearing” when they just want to check their emails!

I’ve even had a few students who went from struggling to turn their computers on to mastering video calls and online shopping like pros. And of course, I’m always on hand for those “I think I broke the internet” moments! 😆
